Your Role as Clinical Lead:

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, from complex restorative to cosmetic and preventive services
• Lead daily clinical operations and support cross-functional teamwork
• Coach and collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
• Ensure exceptional patient experiences and maintain the highest clinical standards
• Participate in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and case presentations

What We're Looking For:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Active New York State dental license
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Confidence in managing a busy schedule and delivering comprehensive care
• Strong communication and mentorship skills
