What you'll do day-to-day

  • Strategic Data Analysis: Advocate for a data-driven approach, collaborating with WFM partners to drive impactful decisions. Analyze workforce performance data, identify trends, forecast needs, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Data Modeling & Insights: Work with structured and unstructured data to query, dissect, and assemble complex datasets. Apply statistical modeling, including linear and multivariate regressions, to answer complex questions of causality and correlation.
  • Process Optimization & Documentation: Partner with peer groups and subject matter experts to document business areas/domains, solving operational problems through data. Conduct current state, future state, and gap analysis of processes.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Identify critical metrics and create automated dashboards to monitor business health and performance. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive business decisions and answer key questions.
  • Project Leadership & Best Practices: Plan, execute, and oversee data projects, providing technical leadership in a dynamic environment. Ensure data integrity across all WFM reporting and integrated systems, applying WFM best practices to automation and integration strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with WFM and Operations teams to understand reporting and data integration requirements and build strong partnerships to achieve shared goals.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics with a WFM or Customer Experience operations focus.
  • 2+ years of experience with omnichannel routing systems such as Salesforce, NICE, CXOne.
  • Expert in SQL, Python and Excel, capable of querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
