Lead Contracts Specialist - Leidos : Job Details

Join our team as a Lead Contracts Specialist at Leidos, where you will play a crucial role in supporting innovative technology solutions that protect our warfighters and national security. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in contract management to provide insights and oversight for a diverse portfolio of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and evaluate major proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Act as a key negotiator, resolving complex contractual and customer issues effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, facilitating effective communication.
• Lead the review and analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and mitigate risks.
• Review and negotiate various agreements including Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and others.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10 or more years.
• In-depth knowledge of various contract types such as T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and legal agreements is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship and a Final TS/SCI Clearance or eligibility for SCI Clearance.

Pay Range: $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
