The Citrix Consulting (CCS) team focuses on new and advanced capabilities of our products and use cases to help expand a customer's journey with Cloud Software Group. You\'ll collaborate with other Citrix go-to-market teams to execute on a shared vision with our customers and help them achieve their strategic goals. Job Description
As a Lead Consultant at Citrix, you\'ll drive the successful adoption and expansion of our solutions for a diverse range of customers, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies. You\'ll operate with significant autonomy, applying deep technical expertise to design and implement solutions within complex enterprise IT environments.
You\'ll collaborate closely with our go-to-market and product teams (including Account Technology Strategists, Solutions Architects, Product Managers, and Engineers). Your insights will help understand customer needs, provide expert product guidance, and align technical challenges with Citrix capabilities. You\'ll assess, design, and deploy technical solutions with minimal oversight, ensuring high quality and adherence to industry-leading practices. Success requires hands-on experience with core Citrix technologies (Virtual Apps and Desktops, DaaS, NetScaler Gateway) in enterprise IT with cloud and automation, and a willingness to learn emerging technologies in a lab environment.
Beyond project execution, you\'ll be a recognized expert in consulting methodologies, capable of leading multiple engagements and initiatives. You\'ll contribute to the team\'s growth through coaching and knowledge sharing, and help mentor, train, and engage with the Citrix Community to shape leading practices and promote new solutions.

Compensation may vary by location and experience. Geographic ranges are provided below and may be adjusted by plan and role. Details: NY $139,418-$209,128; CA $145,480-$218,220; All other locations $121,234-$181,850. Benefits vary by employment type and country.
