Role: Lead Consultant – GIS ApplicationsDuration: Full Time / PermanentLocation: Irwindale, CA

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.

• At least 7 years of experience with ESRI platform including ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x & 10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server, SDE on Oracle.
• At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET.
• At least 4 years of experience in web applications, Windows services, and web services.
• At least 3 years of experience with client engagement and expectation management.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading requirements gathering, estimation, design, development, and testing.
• Experience in application and database design, RDBMS concepts.
• Experience leading small teams for application module design and development.
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting expertise across data flow processes.
• Experience in performance tuning of SDE.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with offshore teams in a global delivery environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by the project.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
