About this opportunity... The Lead, Communications, Engagement & Events plays a key role in supporting engagement initiatives across the Buying Offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Boston. Based in the New York Buying Office (NYBO), this role helps plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of experiences for Associates and vendors - including suite management, golf events, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives (volunteering & fundraising) and business meetings/celebrations. Working closely with the Senior Manager, this role is responsible for the operational aspects and year-round planning of all events. This involves working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior leaders (as needed), as well as supporting venue and supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000.
