This role is critical in leading commercial relocation projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring seamless, efficient moves for clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate moving crews during commercial relocations
• Oversee project specifications, safety compliance, and crew productivity
• Communicate project updates and resolve on-site challenges in real time
• Conduct site assessments and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with supervisors and operations leadership to deliver exceptional results

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or office moving preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work extended hours, including six days per week
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Must pass background check and drug screening
