• Owning Critical Initiatives: Lead complex infrastructure projects from architecture to implementation, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Staying Hands-On: Write code, build pipelines, deploy infrastructure, debug issues, and contribute to reusable modules while setting engineering standards.
• Technical Decision-Making: Make architectural choices and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Leading from the Front: Conduct code reviews, pair programming, design documentation, and mentoring.
• Customer Enablement: Act as a technical advisor to customers' engineers to solve problems and accelerate delivery.
• AI Platform Enablement: Design and build cloud infrastructure for AI/ML workloads on GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD: Lead scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure deployment using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Compliance: Embed security principles across infrastructure and automation, especially for regulated environments.
• Mentorship & Technical Uplift: Grow team capabilities through knowledge sharing and feedback.

• Deep GCP Expertise: Hands-on experience with GCP services like GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM, Spanner, VPCs.
• Kubernetes Depth: Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals, security, and operations at scale.
• IaC Mastery: Expert in Terraform, with experience in CDKTF, KCC, or Pulumi as a plus.
• CI/CD Proficiency: Experience building secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines with vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement.
• Security-First Thinking: Knowledge of least privilege, workload identity, secure networking, and compliance.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or Java; Go is a plus.
• Observability Practice: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing.
• Strong Communication: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders.
• Enterprise Experience: Success in high-scale, regulated, or hybrid environments.
• Team Mindset: Mentorship and collaboration skills.
• Bias for Action: Proactive approach to diving in, validating, and iterating.
