VCA Hyannis Animal Hospital is a busy, 11-doctor, small animal practice located in West Yarmouth, MA. The hourly pay rate is $27 to $30/hour depending on experience. Our hospital has been serving the Cape Cod community for over 40 years. We are actively seeking a highly experienced Client Service Professional to join our leadership team as our Lead Client Service Representative. Under direction from the Hospital Manager, the Lead Client Service Representative performs a wide range of difficult-to-complex administrative activities related to quality patient care, excellent client service, promotion of services, staffing, human resources, and discretionary activities that serve to support effective business operations.
