In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction supervision for infrastructure and road projects, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution.Manage and supervise infrastructure and road construction projects from inception to completionConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsAnalyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project progressPrepare and review technical reports, including progress reports, change orders, and quality control documentationImplement and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationEnsure adherence to local construction standards and regulations in Saudi ArabiaIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and efficiencyWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering requiredProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferredMinimum 10years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering softwareStrong knowledge of construction supervision techniques and quality control processesFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulationsExcellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationDemonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reportsDetail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and qualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
