We are seeking a talented Lead Azure Developer to help us build and maintain robust web applications and APIs within an Azure cloud environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and APIs using ASP.NET and C#.
• Leverage Azure cloud services to improve application performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of experience with ASP.NET and C# using Visual Studio.
• 3+ years of developing .NET applications hosted in Azure cloud services.
• 3+ years of developing C# ASP.NET web applications using Azure App Services.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Service Bus solutions.
• 3+ years of container-based solutions experience using Docker.
• 3+ years of building CI/CD pipelines in large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and team collaboration.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Proficiency in application design patterns and distributed architectures.
• Experience establishing best practices for native app development at scale, including modular architecture, frameworks, build pipelines, cloud CI/CD, automated testing, observability, code review, static analysis, etc.
• Expertise in developing applications for large-scale distributed systems in the Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft development tools and frameworks.
• Track record of developing successful, widely distributed apps.
• Excellent communication skills within cross-functional teams.
