Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW) / Behavioral Health

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team in an established FQHC facility in west-central Missouri. You'll become part of a supportive group of nine other therapists who value collaboration, mutual respect, professional growth and teamwork. Our clinicians work together to provide high-quality care, consult with one another on complex cases, and foster a positive, collegial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a collegial, collaborative setting with the flexibility of hybrid work.

Opportunity Highlights:

• 40-hour workweek: 36 patient-faced clinical hours + 4 admin/telehealth hours performed remotely from home
• Maintain a balanced caseload 27 sessions/week, 1-hour blocks
• Mixed patient panel of adults and children (ages 6+)

Qualifications:

• LMSW, PLPC, LCSW or LPC
• Licensed in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain licensure
• Master's in social work or counseling, Marriage and Family Therapists
