Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a caseload, providing behavioral health services in day program settings, and supervising behavioral health clinicians and interns.
- Ability to fulfill the role of a lead clinician and supervise a team of interns.
- Maintaining an active record of behavior support plans and medical monitoring plans.
- Adhering to regulatory compliance and structural integrity of clinical programs.
- Development and facilitation of clinical training for programs.
- Report directly to the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in Social Work is required.
- NYS license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) is required.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience and clinical experience in behavioral health are required.
- Prior experience working with people living with intellectual and developmental disability.
Hours & Benefits:
