Location: Chesapeake, VA Pay: $18/hr - Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (work until the job is done - sometimes earlier, sometimes later) Possible Saturday work if rain delays occur. What You'll Do

• Operate push lawn seeders to apply grass seed to residential & commercial lawns
• Load/unload equipment from trucks
• Lift and carry 50 lb seed bags (partner lifts for heavier loads)
• Assist with fertilizer preparation
• Use blowers to clear off driveways, patios, and sidewalks after seeding
• Ride along with your Route Manager to assigned sites and complete all tasks for the day
• Work in all weather conditions - we seed rain or shine (unless unsafe)

What We're Looking For

• Able-bodied, able to be on your feet most of the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
• Willing to work occasional overtime or weekends if needed
