Your Responsibilities:

• Efficiently collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Safely operate all laundry equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
• Must be capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Able to work around cleaning products safely.
• Should be able to follow both oral and written instructions, performing routine tasks accurately.
• Residency within the service area is required.
