Assist in the execution of international bond transactions, including preparing marketing materials and proposals. Gather and process market information for client presentations. Analyze and compare financing alternatives in various currencies. Prepare deal-related and non-deal related marketing material. Analyze credit and financial conditions of corporate clients. Collaborate with third parties during bond issue execution stages. Help build company cash flow and liability management models. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Complete Spanish and English fluency (Verbal and Written); Portuguese speakers welcomed. Strong analytical and corporate finance background.
