Laser Machine Operator - Job Store Staffing : Job Details

Job DescriptionWe are hiring for a Laser Operator to join a long-standing steel company in Colorado Springs. If you are dependable, ready to learn, and looking for a company you can grow with - we want to hear from you!You do not need laser experience, but you must have at least 3 years of experience running machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Bring your steel toe boots, your strong work ethic, and your willingness to show up every day ready to grow.Location: Southern Colorado Springs, COPay range: $21-$23/hour Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines
• Load and unload steel parts
• Follow shop drawings and instructions
• Perform visual quality checks
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Regular lifting, up to 50 lbs

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of Laser machine operating experience
  • May be substituted for Plasma experience
• Comfortable working with tools and heavy materials
• Reliable, team-oriented, and open to learning
• Takes direction well and follows safety procedures

Need-to-Knows:

• Must wear steel toe boots
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Zero tolerance drug policy (including THC) - drug screen required
