Laser and Turret Operator - Hearth & Home Technologies : Job Details

Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Hours: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am

• OT as needed on Fridays

Pay: $20.00/hr. plus $2/hr shift differential Benefits starting Day 1

Responsibilities

• Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal.
• Shake-out and staging of parts.
• Physically shakes or picks parts out of sheet metal skeleton.
• Utilizing a forklift to
• Load Material and off-load cut parts.
• Empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopper.
• Troubleshooting machine alarms.
• May use fork truck to load materials.
• Partner with internal customers to coordinate parts delivery timeline to meet or exceed external customer expectations.
• Complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule.
