Landscape Operations Manager
This position requires a dynamic and motivated leader with exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills. The Operations Manager will lead a team of procurement specialists and designers, collaborating with installation teams to provide a seamless experience for the client.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects while maintaining the general requirements of the position in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service is the top priority by monitoring open requisitions and communication within the department.
- Oversee the Procurement team to ensure all products arrive and are delivered to the job site on time.
- Ensure company installation standards are adhered to and conduct job site visits to validate planting protocols.
- Work with the schedulers to ensure all jobs are installed promptly to meet the customer's expectations.
- Help select and hire new Landscape Contractors to partner with Armstrong Garden Centers.
- Follow up on repair work.
- Assist the Landscape Division Manager in the budgeting process.
- Work with insurance brokers to monitor landscape contractors to ensure they carry the correct insurance coverage.
Education/Experience
- Previous Landscape Design experience - 3-5 years (preferred)
- Previous experience with Landscape Installation companies and strong horticultural knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) (required)
- Communication: strong written and verbal communication (required)
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a challenging environment, and strong attention to detail (required)
- Bachelor's Degree or associate's degree in Horticulture (preferred)
- Clear driving record (required)
Compensation
Salary Range: $71,000-$80,000
