Benefits

Wage Rates (based on skill set)

- Base rate: $20.61 -$26.93/hour

- Vacation: $3.00

- Health Care: $6.00

- Annuity: $3.00

- Training: $.10

- LECET: $.06

-IAP: $.10

- TOTAL: $23.71- $39.19/hr

Advancement based on skills, attitude and job performance.
