What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with sales and project managers to support all project stages efficiently and effectively.
- Create accurate base plans by identifying existing site elements (i.e. residence, walls, walkways, driveways, trees, etc.) and defining property lines, setbacks, and utilities
- Assist in developing design and sales presentations for both residential and commercial projects.
- Gather and compile precise information for project estimates, supporting sales and project managers in the process.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, including hardscape layouts, planting plans, and irrigation designs, for seamless hand-off to production.
- Engage actively in learning and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or similar required
- 1-3 years of experience preferred but will consider recent college graduates
- Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD preferred
- Able to translate comments, redlines, and sketches into working drawings/documents
- Skillful with presentations utilizing Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, and hand rendering
- Tech-savvy; including expertise with Microsoft Office
- Skilled in managing a high volume of tasks and enjoy meeting deadlines
- Skillful with construction drawings including construction detailing, dimensioned layouts and grading plans
