If you're passionate about the landscape business and ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:As our Landscape Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your branch's success. Your key responsibilities will include:P&L Management: Take full ownership of branch profitability, developing and managing financial projections, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective action plans to maximize returns.Sales Leadership: Achieve pre-determined monthly sales goals through strategic business development activities, which may include cultivating your own sales territory and client relationships (20-60% of your time, depending on branch maturity).Operational Excellence: Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient systems, proper staffing, and adherence to company processes.Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage operational and sales staff, fostering a cooperative and high-performing team.Client Relations: Maintain exceptional internal and external customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and developing major accounts.Brand Ambassador: Elevate our brand awareness through public relations, recruiting efforts, and client development.Resource Management: Ensure the proper care, organization, and security of all branch offices, vehicles, equipment, and tools.Vendor Management: Confer with vendors, determine key products, generate purchase orders, and potentially negotiate contract renewals.Safety & Compliance: Adhere to and enforce all safety standards established by The Budd Group and regulatory agencies.What We're Looking For:We're seeking a proven leader with a strong background in landscape maintenance and business management. To be successful in this role, you'll need:Education & Experience:A minimum of a 4-year college degree, OR 6 years of equivalent experience in the landscape maintenance field. 6 or more years of full-time business experience, including at least two years of full-time management experience. A proven track record of growth demonstrated by increased job responsibilities.Financial Acumen: Thorough knowledge of P&L management, including revenue oversight and Sales General & Administrative oversight.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Landscaping business-to-business service industry and the components of delivery, sales, and service in a commodity type environment.Valid Driver's License: Required.Core Competencies: Exceptional skills in:P&L ManagementSales AchievementOperational ManagementCustomer CentricityRecruiting and People ManagementIf you're a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Branch Manager ready for your next challenge, we encourage you to apply!
