Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Field Technician Assistant / Assistant Project Manager to support both hands-on field operations and project coordination. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors but also wants to take on leadership and organizational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Technician Duties:

Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and hardscape projects

Load, unload, and transport tools and materials to and from job sites

Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision

Follow directions from lead technicians and supervisors

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assistant Project Manager Duties:

Help coordinate job site activities and ensure tasks stay on schedule

Communicate with clients, vendors, and crews under direction of the project manager

Track materials, deliveries, and inventory

Assist in quality control and job documentation (photos, checklists, progress updates)

Support job planning, crew direction, and scheduling

Qualifications:

Experience in landscaping, construction, or related outdoor work preferred

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a drug test

Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong communication and organizational skills

Energetic, dependable, positive attitude

Willing to work with both your hands and your mind

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
