  • The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
  • Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
Responsibilities
  • Develop creative design concepts and technical documents for a wide variety of project types through all project stages from visioning to implementation
  • Contract pursuit and development including public bidding and interviews
  • Contract management including staff hours, budget, and deliverables
  • Oversee and perform field investigations and analysis
  • Collaborate and strategize for the growth of the Landscape Architecture group
Qualifications/Education/Memberships
  • Bachelors or masters degree from an accredited university in Landscape Architecture
  • 5+ years professional experience in the field of landscape architecture
  • Licensure preferred but not required
  • Creative problem solving and technical design skills
  • Experience leading project teams of varying sizes to produce documents for complex projects
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability while working in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and/or Rhinoceros, Land F/X, and MS Office
  • Strong proficiency in hand sketching, concept development, grading, and construction detailing for a wide variety of projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written work
  • Ability to travel as needed for the position
