We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Architect III to support our Land Development Group in our Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil site design and be proficient in using design software to create and modify plans. We are a growing firm and that creates exciting opportunities for our staff!Key ResponsibilitiesResearch governing codes and ordinances relevant to project sites.Develop site plans and designs for variety of market types, including mixed use, multi-family, healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial, education, and park and recreation.Coordinate with civil engineers and a variety of other consultantsCreate detailed hardscape and landscape designsPrepare graphics, plans, and construction documents utilizing the latest advanced technologyAchieve design objectives and project milestones.Manage and track time and expenses.Learn critical thinking skills improve your knowledge of construction, design, and engineering.QualificationsBachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited institution.5+ years of experience in land development, specializing in Placemaking & Hardscape.A portfolio showcasing excellent design skills and creativity.Proficiency AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar software.
