You'll be responsible for performing boundary surveys, construction staking, and generating 3D models—serving clients across multiple sectors. This position offers hands-on fieldwork, opportunities for growth, and potential progression into supervisory roles.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct boundary surveys, easement research, and deed/title reviewsPerform all aspects of construction staking in diverse industry settingsIndependently or collaboratively complete survey tasks with precisionProduce 3D models and road corridor designs using Civil 3D or similar toolsOperate Trimble survey equipment (GPS, total stations, and data collectors)Travel to project sites (overnight travel required)QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Surveying Engineering (preferred)2+ years of relevant field or drafting experienceProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent design toolsFamiliarity with Trimble Survey EquipmentValid driver's licenseStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to travel regularly for fieldworkPreferred (Nice-to-Haves)Professional licensure in MN, WI, or other U.S. statesPrevious supervisory or mentorship experienceThis role is ideal for a technician seeking long-term development.
