We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale, master-planned residential communities (1,000+ units). This role is ideal for a driven professional who is ready to take ownership of complex projects and has the potential to grow into a future office leadership role.

• Lead and manage all phases of land development projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Support business development efforts and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in land development.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale master-planned communities (1,000+ units).
• Strong understanding of entitlement processes, permitting, and infrastructure design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• PE license in Florida preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ambition and aptitude for future leadership and office management responsibilities.
