Lamination Laborer Job Duties: To feed, inspect and package material to VEKA West's standards. PRIMARY DUTIES: Assist in setting up the lamination line for productionFeed line while running.Inspect material for quality during production runPrepare primer pads.Maintain a safe and clean working environmentProperly box and pack finished product with correct count and order numberPrepare samples for QA testingInsert woolpileModification of profile off-line (ie. Cut nail fin, pocket removal)Pull base product for painting per production scheduleProperly pre-treat correct locations and quantitiesAssist in machine set-upAssist in machine clean out / tooling cleanupConsolidate product for batch bakingApply protective film, when requiredStack processed material for oven curing SECONDARY DUTIES: Operates forklift if licensed and needed or requiredOther duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Judgement, Oral Communication, Working Under Pressure, and Flexibility
