Direct and supervise security staff and other employees performing security services for guests. Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints. Assist the Security Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the security department, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations. Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises. Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
