Lakeside Lodge Operations Director Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort and property rental operations
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Ensure guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage payroll, budgets, inventory, and vendors
• Oversee bookings, housekeeping, zoning, and permits
• Drive branding, marketing, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate on F&B operations and menu planning
• Contribute to growth strategies for current projects and new acquisitions

Lakeside Lodge Operations Director Requirements

• 5+ years in hotel/resort operations management
• Strong leadership and financial skills
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, and accounting tools (e.g., Square, 7Shifts, QuickBooks)
• Knowledge of zoning and property management
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Marketing and social media experience is a plus
