Laborer - Power Distribution - Utilities ONE : Job Details

We are actively seeking experienced Laborers to support our Power infrastructure projects across Florida.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in excavator operation and underground conduit installation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and trenchers in a safe and efficient manner;
• Install underground electrical conduits per design and code requirements;
• Assist with general site labor, including material handling and cleanup;
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times;
• Work effectively with crew leaders and fellow team members;
• Travel to job sites throughout Florida, including overnight stays when required.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in underground utility or civil electrical work;
• Proven experience operating excavators and installing conduit systems;
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
• Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight (lodging covered);
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
