• Perform general labor duties to support plant operations and production.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and organization of work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
• Previous heavy industry experience preferred; Capability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
