May operate field-type tractors, heavy complex riding mowers with various complex controls and levers. Observes all safety regulations. Determines the right equipment for the job, maintains all equipment and reports any repairs to management. Completes all tasks assigned with little to no supervision. Uses a variety of hand tools and equipment to perform tasks. Loads/unloads bulky items, furniture and trash cans, debris from greens/park areas. Maintains vehicle logs. Uses a government computer to complete training requirements and time keeping.
