Cleanup of debris, grounds, and buildings. Stripping of concrete framework, including removal of exposed ties. Unloading of materials and deliveries to Project Site. Hand excavation, digging of trenches, raking, tamping, compacting soil. Placing concrete in formwork including horizontal formwork for flatwork. Vibrating conrete. Setting up of ladders, means of access, scaffolding and planking. Wrapping and covering with tarps, polyethylene or insulating blankets. Mixing mortar and grout including grout beneath structural and mechanical baseplates. Backfilling, grading, or raking. Laying of drains, sewers, water distribution, PVC conduits or other piping in the trench (pipe layer). Assembly of manholes, catch basins and drainage structures (pipe layer).
