To provide physical effort to accomplish a variety of unskilled tasks or to inspect levees for signs of slides and washouts for proper drainage and elimination of various other causes of damage. LEVEL OF WORK:Entry. SUPERVISION RECEIVED:Close from a Laborer Foreman or other employee of higher grade. SUPERVISION EXERCISED:None. JOB DISTINCTIONS:Differs from other unskilled jobs by close supervision required in performing most assigned tasks.
