POSITION SUMMARYTo provide safe and efficient labor skills to achieve the daily assigned tasks and project objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES* Keep a safety mindset by looking for at risk behaviors and reporting near misses* Labor as necessary to complete the daily assigned tasks* Assist the team with equipment fueling, greasing and onsite preventative maintenance* Continue to foster growth in the company by attending training and participating in mentorship* Perform all assigned roles, responsibilities, and related work processes/tasks in the safest possible manner.
