Laboratory Technician - Lancesoft : Job Details

Title: Lab Tech

Duration: 9+ Months

Location: Stamford, CT 06901

Pay Range: $20-$24.60/h on W2.

Qualifications:

1- 3years of demonstrated laboratory experience

Computer literate in Microsoft Office products

Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data.

Comfortable and able to work with toxic chemicals while following safe laboratory practices/protocols. - The ability to stand while working in the laboratory throughout most of the day.

Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of a Senior Technician or Scientist, the Technician will be expected to perform the following functions with a high level of initiative and independence:

Manage product stability (analysis and testing) while documenting progress and results.

Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing

Support laboratory batching of body care products (e.g., hand soaps and body washes) and sample submissions

Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products

Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment.

Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
