Laboratory Technician - BCforward : Job Details

We are looking for a Lab Operations Technician to support a leading Cell Therapy Research Center in Seattle, WA. This role is 100% onsite, MondayFriday (8:30 AM 5:00 PM).

Base pay range: $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment & instrumentation
• Support lab organization, safety, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, EHS, IT, Supply Chain, Research)
• Coordinate with external partners for preventive & corrective maintenance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functionality in a BSL-2 laboratory environment
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment maintenance & troubleshooting
• Familiarity with BSL-2 labs and safety protocols
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of 5S/Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement preferred
• Bachelors in a scientific field or Associates with 2+ years relevant experience

• Experience maintaining laboratory equipment in a regulated lab environment
• Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities
