Laboratory Technician - UST : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical space is currently recruiting for a Lab Technician. If you have the following skills, we would love to speak with you!

• To provide laboratory testing, including but not limited to:
• LAL(Bacterial endotoxins test) laboratory testing
• Total Organic Carbon (TOC) laboratory testing
• Protein laboratory testing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a team environment.
• Good communication (both written and verbal).
• Strict attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
• GDP knowledge and proper laboratory notebook maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform FDA required medical device validation testing.
• Communicate business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Proficient in wet chemical methods and lab/bench skills
• Other duties assigned as needed

SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

• High School Diploma required or Equivalent
• 1+ yrs experience in a Medical Device lab
• Working understanding of FDA regulations, international standards, and guidance documents applicable to medical devices preferred
• Familiarity with computer record-keeping systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with scientific and technical data processing and graphing software is preferred.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
