Laboratory Technician - Kelly Services : Job Details

(Under Supervision of Scientist or Manager): Gather ingredients and materials needed for recipe development Modify existing formulations to replace artificial colors with natural alternatives Reduce sugar in formulations while maintaining taste and appearance Develop control and test recipes that closely match original product color Conduct shelf-life stability testing for new recipes Participate in product cuttings and presentations with Marketing and Sales teams Maintain clean and organized lab spaces to ensure GMP compliance Document new recipes and input them into approved formats Alert supervisor promptly about potential delays or issues Occasionally assist with other R&D tasks including product sampling or development Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a scientific field (e.g., Food Science, Chemistry, Biology) preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and strong follow-through Excellent math an...Laboratory Technician, Technician, Laboratory, Healthcare, Staffing
