Laboratory Technician - Swineworks : Job Details

Job Description Job Description We are looking for professionals committed to their growth and interested in long-term work in the industry as Laboratory Technicians in highly modernized facilities. Note: This position is as an OPERATOR, not a supervisory role. Main Responsibilities:

• Complete Andrology sample analysis
• Participate in processing lab submissions when they arrive
• Participate in proper records management
• Complete Cytogenetics sample analysis
• Assist in maintaining inventory of lab supplies
• Participate in required laboratory quality control
• Participate in cross training program
• Implement and refine new lab services

Working Conditions:

• Usual work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Average of 80 hours per biweekly pay period
• Two day off per week
• Work locations: Illinois, Nebraska, Kentucky, among others
• Extreme weather conditions depending on the season (cold in winter and hot in summer)

Requirements Requirements To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for the United States is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements:

• Be of Mexican nationality
• Hold a university degree and professional license in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Biology, or a related field
• Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year
• Have a valid Mexican driver's license
