Among the key duties of the position are the following: Performs standard laboratory techniques of C. elegans genetic analysis, including genome editing, genotyping, PCR, cloning, phenotypic analysis, epifluorescence and confocal microscopy. Keeps detailed records of experimental design, data, and outcomes in timely and accurate manner in lab notebook. Presents experimental results at lab meetings.
