LABORATORY SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER - Augusta Health : Job Details

The Laboratory Support Services Manager is responsible for the overall daily management, operations, scheduling, financials, team member performance, outcomes, and leadership of Laboratory Support Services. Laboratory Support Services include laboratory information systems (LIS), outreach services, phlebotomy, supply distribution, registration, and customer service. The LSS Manager ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines, promotes exceptional customer service, and fosters a customer centric, professional environment that contributes to a positive and productive work environment. The position requires travel to outreach locations and reports to the Directory of Laboratory Services. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum three years of clinical experience. Experience must demonstrate progressive leadership responsibilities.
