Laboratory Supervisor - Howard Memorial Hospital : Job Details

Howard Memorial is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor. This is a full-time position, that will be a direct report to to the Laboratory Director. Benefits package included, as well as BTO and Sick leave accrual. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures
• Responsible for all quality processes involved in assuring accurate and timely results and meeting all regulatory requirements
• Aid the laboratory director in: meeting all the regulations governing the lab; ensuring accuracy of test results, and training staff and students
• Perform necessary duties in absence of lab director.

• BA/BS degree in a relevant science (preferred)
• 5+ years experience (preferred) in management or as general supervisor
• Effective written and verbal communication
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
