Laboratory Manager - Hospital Sisters Health System : Job Details

The Manager-Laboratory is responsible for oversight and leadership of high complexity testing for the laboratory sections or department including operations, accreditation, and supervision of the laboratory staff. The Manager-Laboratory assists in the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities; plans and allocates resources to accomplish the work to meet productivity and quality goals; consistently exercise of discretion and judgment to maintain proper service line needs. Position Specifics:Department: Laboratory. Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital. Location: Effingham, IL - Travel: Some travel to local off sites. On call: On call for scheduled needs. Education Qualifications. Bachelors degree in a chemistry, biology, medical laboratory science or related field is required.
