Responsibilities of the Lab Manager (MT) (MLS) (CLS)

• Works in cooperation with the Medical Director to provide essential Clinical Laboratory Services
• Assures the staffing and provision of safe and competent Laboratory Services
• In a fiscally responsible way, monitors equipment purchasing, maintenance, and implementation of Laboratory Services

Requirements of the Laboratory Manager (MT) (MLS) (CLS)

• 5+ years of experience/training in high complexity laboratory
• Management/supervisory experience
• ASCP or equivalent certification required
• BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
