LABORATORY ASSOCIATE I (UMP) - State of Illinois : Job Details

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Division of Laboratories, Bench Analysis and Support Unit is seeking to hire a Laboratory Associate I. This position prepares environmental samples for analysis using extraction and other techniques; maintains and calibrates equipment; and keeps accurate and detailed quality control records. The ideal candidate will have an associates degree or equivalent in laboratory sciences and the ability to follow laboratory safety practices and established procedures in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
