Labor Relations Partner - Land O'Lakes : Job Details

Labor Relations Partner. We are looking for a HR Partner - Labor Relations to join our HR team at the Land OLakes Tulare Dairy plant. You will be responsible for supporting the relationship with the union, engaging with employees, conducting floor investigations, and reviewing and interpreting the contract. You will also provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on labor relations issues and policies. Hours: 8 am to 5 pm M W F (with the ability to flex to backshift coverage and oversight) T Th 2 days a week to work 6 am to 3 pm to be available for 3rd shift. Must be willing to work out of our Tulare, CA facility daily.
