Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Associate. Responsibilities
  • Provide legal counsel on a variety of labor and employment matters, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and other related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure successful outcomes for clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and arbitration as required.
  • Advise clients on employee relations issues, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor and employment law to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications
  • Education requirement is Juris Doctor.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling labor and employment cases.
  • Experience in providing legal counsel to corporate clients is a plus.

Additional Details

Compensation for this position ranges from $157,500 to $195,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
