A premier law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes class and PAGA litigation matters while advising clients on complex federal and state employment laws.

️ Defend class and representative actions, including PAGA litigation️ Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests️ Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions️ Provide employment counseling on state and federal regulations️ Trial experience is a plus but not required

Juris Doctorate (JD) required Active California Bar license Strong research, writing, and litigation skills Experience in employment law and complex litigation
